Golden Andalus Hotel Abha

Everything is nearby, and the location is good. Such a good hotel, and most importantly, very clean 👍👍

The paint smell was suffocating throughout the hotel, from the hallways to the rooms. They were painting while guests were staying there, with no regard for our comfort or health. On top of that, the electricity kept going out, leaving us in a hot room without lights or air conditioning. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, especially the man in a suit at the front desk, who acted as if he was above basic customer service. Instead of helping, he treated us like we were the problem for complaining. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. They clearly don’t care about their guests.

They booked me at the hotel but gave me a room outside the hotel, like a servant quarter. They said there was no room available inside the hotel building. This is a fraud hotel. Stay away from them.

The staff made check-in welcoming and smooth. Samar, Mahesh and Mohamad were all friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions or help with anything I needed. I appreciated their hospitality and warm smiles. The unit was clean and served its purpose, with a separate bedroom and seating area that made it easy to relax apart from where I slept. The mattress was comfortable and relaxing, and I had a good night's sleep. The seating area was basic and had no air conditioning. The toilet and shower space was functional but plain. If you’re after a simple stay and don’t mind basic amenities, this unit may suit you. Just know what to expect.
