The location made it easy to visit most of Abha’s tourist spots, and the breakfast buffet is 50 SAR, which I thought was worth it. I had a great stay at Golden Balcony Hotel in Abha. Everything felt fresh and organized, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Mr. Nader deserves special thanks for his kindness, professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail. He really made guests feel valued and gave the hotel a warm, welcoming atmosphere. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The view was amazing, and the hotel and room themselves were perfect. But the area was very crowded, there wasn’t proper parking, and the café down on the road was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. I’d booked through booking.com, yet waited more than half an hour at reception for my room key. The receptionist was very unprofessional. There were no toiletries in the room, and breakfast was very average. The restaurant view wasn’t good either, since the windows weren’t properly clean.

The location and rooms were amazing. My issue was with the front desk. I told them I was going out and asked them to clean my room while I was away for 10 hours. When I got back, it was exactly as I’d left it. They said they’d do it, but didn’t respect that promise. If you can’t do it, don’t say you will.
