My family and I stayed here for over two weeks, and things went badly from the moment we arrived. Reception was rude and didn’t seem to care about guests. The morning receptionist was rude, and when we called from the room phone, our requests got no acknowledgment. I asked several times for the room to be cleaned properly. They said ok and took my room key, but when I returned later, it still hadn’t been cleaned. That happened twice. We had to change rooms twice because the first one had cockroaches. The bed sheets were stained, the A/C units were dusty and didn’t work, the couches had stains, and the washing machines weren’t clean either. In the room we stayed in, the shower door was completely missing and the bidet leaked. In the first room, the phone didn’t work and the TV remote was missing.
