We were made to leave before the stated 12 PM checkout time, then waited in the lobby for three hours. When we asked to use a bathroom, staff sent us to a shared men's and women's restroom that was filthy, smelly, and unhygienic. It felt deeply disrespectful and inhumane. We'd paid in full and had confirmed bookings, so after our trip to Madinah we had to return to this hotel. The staff knew from their system that we'd be back in three days, but made no proper arrangements. After traveling for over 9 hours with an infant and elderly family members, we were put on a different floor from each other, even though we'd requested rooms on the same floor well in advance. That added a lot of stress. The sheets hadn't been changed, and the bathrooms were broken and leaking. Water kept flooding the floor, making it nearly impossible to keep our ihram clean during pilgrimage. Hygiene clearly wasn't a priority. Management were rude, uncooperative, and inconsiderate. This was one of the worst hotel stays my family and I have ever had. I wish Google allowed negative ratings. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Anywhere would be better.

Cockroaches were running over the bed and our clothes. The room was dirty when we arrived and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It was also very small, with hardly any space. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and even though I asked for cleaning, nobody came to do housekeeping during our stay. A terrible experience and not worth the money.

I loved the pretty view from the window, and the small hotel was comfortable enough. It's maybe 600-700 meter from masjidil haram. But around prayer time it feels like being in traffic, so I think you should do legs day before you come here.

Everything was neat and clean, including the washroom. The staff were humble, helpful, and available 24/7. It's about a 10 min walk from HARAM. Highly recommend.

The room and washroom were cramped with carpets, and the washroom door wouldn’t shut. We also had no running water for half the day, and the staff were very rude. It felt like they take their closeness to the holy places, and the pilgrims who stay here, for granted. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.
