The room was comfortable and spotless, and the amenities were fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We had an exceptional stay at [Grand hous], and highly recommend this hotel!

I had a good stay, with a very clean hotel and cooperative staff. My only concern was a smell in the bathroom, which might be a general issue with the building.

I paid 900 SAR, and room #301 had a strong bad smell coming from its attached bathroom. The hotel itself is okay, but I believe they’re cheating by assigning this room to foreigners. Asians are given it, and when they complain, they have to argue. Once they know you’re Indian or Pakistani, it feels like our own people are deceiving us. This room shouldn’t be rented unless someone checks the bathroom smell first. I’m really sorry for these bad comments.

We booked three rooms through booking.com and arrived with the confirmation number and email, but the hotel said there was no booking. They then pushed us to cancel the booking made through booking.com because they had to pay commission. Instead, they made a new reservation for us in substandard rooms and charged the same rates as our original booking. Zero rating.
