The service gets three stars from me, simply because this isn’t really a hotel with ongoing service. Someone kindly helped take our luggage to the apartment after check-in and can bring towels or soap if you ask, but after that you’re on your own, even for drinking water. That’s just useful to know, not a complaint. For a family of four, two parents and two children, the two-bedroom apartment was ideal. It had a properly equipped kitchen with a washer, fridge, microwave, and stove, plus two bedrooms, one ensuite, and a small lounge. Five stars for the room. Hyatt Residence is right by the ring road, so it’s easy to reach all the driving routes. Abha is a small city, and there’s no need to overthink the location. We had a good stay, and I’d book here again if I return to Abha. I’d recommend it for families with their own or rental car.

The receptionist was super friendly, and our family felt comfortable during the two days there. The rooms were neat and clean too. We had an amazing stay, and I’d recommend this place to families. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit to Abha! 😊

The location made it convenient to get around to all the places. The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean, and the bedrooms were very nice. There’s a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and kettle, everything we needed. If I visit Abha again, I’ll definitely stay here.

The Wi-Fi barely worked and was pretty much unusable during our stay. Apart from that, it was a wonderful place for a trip to Abha, with a perfect location and spotless, comfortable rooms. I appreciated how carefully housekeeping cleaned and vacuumed. The sheets smelled fresh, and we got new soap and flip-flops each time.
