The quiet setting was a plus, with Abha’s main attractions still close by. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at reception and housekeeping were warm and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept too. Deluxe rooms have considered design touches and premium furniture, including bathtubs with several features for relaxing. Dining is the main drawback. There’s no restaurant or room service, though food delivery is available, so you may need to look for nearby places if you want more options. For a peaceful, comfortable stay, the roomy accommodation and welcoming service make Qimam Park Hotel 4 a solid choice for families, couples, or solo travelers, whether visiting for leisure or work. It offers a good mix of affordability, quality, and access to local sights.

The location worked well for walking around, and most tourist attractions were close by. It was quiet, fairly priced, and had a nice view. The Saudi staff were very helpful, may God bless them. Some things made the stay less comfortable: the doors made loud noises that could wake people, and the washing machine was noisy too. Every bed was a double, with no apartments offering two separate beds. The kitchen had no dishes, and the rooms only had white ceiling lights, with no lamps. I found that lighting unpleasant.

I booked about a week ahead by calling the number on Google Maps. The employee I spoke with was responsive and professional, sent the contract and payment link online, and made booking easy. She also shared the location of the new Qimam Park 5 branch. When I arrived, I was checked in early and got the apartment right away, with no wait. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen, plus parking. Thanks to all the staff, especially Sjud, who was quick, professional, responsive, and very courteous. May God reward her. She saw us off with Anosh chocolates and a card with kind words.
