The rooms and amenities were neat, comfortable, and well cared for. The hotel is on Abha's quiet outskirts, which made for a peaceful getaway, and the service was outstanding. Mr. Nazim and the reception staff were consistently warm and helpful. The only small issue was low shower water pressure, possibly because the hotel was fully booked, but it didn't spoil an otherwise very pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and great, and the staff were friendly. A great place to stay in Abha.

I liked the spacious, comfortable room, with cozy beds, soft fresh linens, and a lovely view of the mountain terrains. It was spotless, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries, and had modern touches like a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. I did hear some hallway noise now and then, so the soundproofing could be better. Still, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort.

I booked qimam park hotel 3 through Trip.com and contacted the hotel about why they were rejecting my modification request on Trip.com. The woman who answered gave me incorrect information, saying qimam park 3 wasn't on Trip.com. She then asked me to message them on whatsapp. I did, but got no reply, so I ended up canceling because of the poor customer service.

The room was very large, and the hotel was new and clean. I had a good experience at a good price. I just wish the checkout time were made clearer. A time around 03-04 would be better than 0200.
