Everything was super clean, and the service was excellent. The management team was extremely welcoming and accommodated all our requests, including early check-in and late check-out. Thanks to Mr. Abu Al-Fadl Al-Sudani for helping us whenever we asked.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the view was good, and the staff were polite and lovely to deal with, especially Mr. Osama. Great service and a really good experience. Definitely recommended. 💯

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit the restaurant and order the Truffle Pizza. It was delicious. The service was outstanding, and Joey, the Filipino waiter, was professional, respectful, and very well-mannered. Highly recommended!

The employees were cheerful and very cooperative, and I found the hotel magnificent overall. The toilets were a bit smelly, though. Thanks for the hospitality.

I had a good experience. There was a small water issue, but it was fixed quickly. The Italian restaurant downstairs is really good, especially Jouy, who was kind and hospitable. Must try the pizzas.
