There isn't any reception or office. When you call the person at reception, it takes too long, and they have a lot of attitude and behave badly. This doesn't deserve even one star.

Stores and restaurants are nearby, Al mazeraa grocery isn't far, and the gym is about a 10min walk away. The hotel is in a strategic spot and feels clean and calm. Rooms are tidy and very clean, room service is very good, and reception staff are kind and always ready to help with anything. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are in poor condition, with outdated toilets and beds and no maintenance work. Cleanliness is poor too. Management is bad, and I strongly don't recommend it.

The bathrooms are small and the overall quality is poor. You can manage for a single night, though.

The toilet is so small I can't even spread my arms in it. The beds and everything else in the room are bad, and the service and staff are really, really poor. I asked them to clean my room a week ago, but nobody has come, even after reminders. Yet if you haven't paid for an extra day, they'll call and come to your room every day to remind you. They don't even deserve one star. Don't ever book this hotel.
