The bathroom, kitchen, and rooms were spotless, honestly beyond words. There’s a microwave, refrigerator, handwashing machine, and kettle in the kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower, a handwashing machine, and both a squat toilet and a Western-style toilet, excuse the expression. The Sudanese man who welcomed me was very respectful, and all the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are just as they look in the pictures. There are two window air conditioners set to their lowest cooling level, plus a fan. Sometimes I have to switch them off because it gets so cold. There’s also a large TV and strong Wi-Fi.

The apartments are very clean, and the staff are always helpful. At reception you can get things you might need, like a washing machine or vacuum cleaner. For this price, these are the best apartments I’ve rented. The rates are reasonable and affordable.

The place is filthy and really disappointing. Spending money here feels like a waste.

For summer, 300 riyals a night seems like a pretty fair rate. What stood out most was how exceptionally clean the whole building was. I'd recommend it.
