It’s comfortable and clean, and the service has been good so far. The location is far from services, though. There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms or hallways, just by reception, and there’s no ATM, so it’s cash only. We also had trouble with the booking because the mobile number listed on the website was switched off.
The calm atmosphere made for a comfortable stay, and the apartments were spotlessly clean. Reception staff welcomed us warmly. Thank you, Abu Muhammad, Ibrahim, and the courteous employee as well.
The apartment and sheets were covered in dust, and it set off allergies for my family. The whole place was dusty. On top of that, reception was awful, with nobody there all day. Unbelievable, the worst hotel ever!
It was extremely hot inside. Of the four air conditioners, just one worked, along with a fan. I called out for half an hour while waiting, but nobody was there.
We had a good four months there, and I hope we can do it again. The renovations are good, though my only observation is that there aren’t many workers.
