Badriyah at reception was extremely helpful and very polite and professional. I'd like to thank her.

There's no window in the room, and it smelled very bad. The rooms are tiny, noisy, and never cleaned. The hotel is far from Haram, about an hour on foot, and an Uber or taxi will ask for 40 SAR. There's no shuttle bus to the Kaaba. The short Egyptian man at reception was rude and disrespectful. My advice is to find another hotel.

They never cleaned the room, and there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Everything at the hotel felt comfortable, and it really is a gem. Badriya at reception was so polite, kind, and helpful, with a lovely, genuinely warm manner.
