Algosaibi

The Iftar was a really bad experience. They separated families from companies, and the hall felt like a dead space, almost like a prison. It didn't match the high cost, and the service and organization were very poor. There was nothing special about it apart from being Ramadan, and the gifts were shameful, worth just 5 SR.

We had trouble finding the Algosaibi Hotel because there weren't clear signs pointing to it. Once we arrived for a grand gala, security made the experience worse. One guard let us in, then another abruptly stopped us from entering the building without explaining why. Their behavior was inconsistent, rude, and frustrating, with little coordination or professionalism. The hotel is known for its elegance and grandeur, but guest management and hospitality fell short for a venue hosting major events. The security staff need to treat guests with respect and make entry smoother. The hotel may have other redeeming qualities, but this left a lot of room for improvement.

I liked the tambola they held during Ramadan, and I even won a free trip, which was so nice. It was nice overall.

A beautiful, traditional hotel and one of the best in Khobar. The food is tasty, and the service is good.
