The location by the sea is the main plus, and the view is good if you book a sea-view room. I was here for almost a month on a business trip, across 27 nights. For that stay, the service and cleaning were poor. I asked for cleaning only three or four times, on weekend mornings, and marked the room for cleaning. When I came back in the evening, nothing had been done. Even when they did clean, they missed things and didn’t refill supplies, so I had to call again and again. Privacy was limited too. There was a door connecting to the next room when I arrived. They later removed it and covered the opening with gypsum, so be careful around that wall in case you hit it. For one night near the sea, it might be fine. For a longer stay, I’d choose somewhere else. I’ve stayed at places that gave regular customers free breakfast and refunded overpayments; this place didn’t offer that kind of service. It’s a pity, because the location is good, and hiring more experienced staff could have made the stay much better. For a sea-view room, I’d pay 150-180 SAR at most, given the service. If you don’t want a sea view, I wouldn’t consider this hotel.
