Abdul Rob was especially helpful to me and my sister, making sure we had what we needed. The welcome and customer service were very good, and I'd stay here again because of the service.

There are different room types for varying preferences and budgets, with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Dining options and other services are available too, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.

I was already unhappy with the stay: the rooms are fit for sleeping, the shower looks awful, there's no kettle, and staff refused our request for an iron. The WiFi didn't work, the windows were filthy, and we kept having to ask for towels and toilet paper. Room service and reception were poor, and the wall sockets are two-pin. Whenever we tried to speak with staff, they said they only spoke Arabic, so we got nowhere. The worst moment came after four days without anyone cleaning our room. A housekeeping worker knocked once, then immediately unlocked and opened the door, without giving me time to get decent. I went out to ask why he'd done that. He kept saying he couldn't speak English, even though I only asked his name, and he refused to tell me. He was smirking. I hadn't planned to write a review, but that was the last straw. I'm shocked, and I doubt management would do anything even if I complained.

The walk to masjid nambwi was about eight minutes, and the shops near the lobby were convenient. Management was nice, but reception staff weren't very friendly. The accommodation was okay, though cramped for a family, and the basic necessities were there. The tea in the lobby was very nice. Cleanliness wasn't good. On our first day, the sheets looked like they were left from the previous guests, with the bed simply remade to look neat. Refills of towels and toiletries took a day and several reminders. It was an average stay, and I wouldn't return. Thank you.
