Grand Hyatt Alkhobar Hotel and Residences

Ahmed Greeda deserves special thanks for his excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was exceptional each day, with lots of choices and a welcoming team who looked after guests every morning. The indoor pool water felt a bit cold during my visit. I had a very good stay, rate it 9/10, and would happily recommend the hotel.

Dhalendra helped arrange a surprise celebration for my friends’ success, and made sure we were comfortable and everything went perfectly. He was so kind, friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with. We had a beautiful dinner at Asmahan Restaurant in Grand Hyatt, with delicious food, an elegant atmosphere, and everything well organized. Thank you, Dhalendra, for making the night so special. We’ll definitely come back!

The room was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The atmosphere and hospitality throughout Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel and Residences felt warm and caring, almost like being with family. The property was immaculate, elegant, and welcoming, making the whole stay wonderful and memorable. The concierge service went beyond five-star standards, and the reception team was highly professional, courteous, and hospitable, especially Mr. Yazeed. I’m also truly grateful to the Egyptian staff members. Their kindness, attentiveness, and readiness to help made a real difference. I wish I could thank each of them personally by name.

Bassam at the restaurant was attentive and supportive, and his hospitality made our dining experience memorable. The breakfast buffet had an impressive range of delicious options to start the day. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar, with its excellent facilities and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Al Khobar!
