Al Hidayah Towers Hotel

I spent three days at Al Hedaya Towers and felt very comfortable there. The location was quiet and the price reasonable. The hotel had free Wi-Fi, free car parking, and a free bus shuttle service to Masjid ul Haram. Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous. Thanks to the morning and evening reception teams for their politeness and kindness, and to management for the warm welcome. God willing, I’ll visit again. I highly recommend staying here.

The shuttle is useful for prayer times to the Haram, but it’s limited to one bus, so going at odd hours can be tricky. A taxi costs around SAR 20 one way. The hotel is in Aziziyah, a bit far from the Haram, but it’s peaceful and works well if you mainly go at prayer times. There’s dedicated underground parking with a lift. The rates were reasonable for the stay and amenities. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I loved the road-facing view from the 9th floor. The building is a tall, modern tower with an impressive exterior. Matam Faisal 2, a Pakistani restaurant just below the hotel, serves excellent food and is really convenient. There’s also a barber shop in the building, handy if you want a haircut after Umrah. I stayed for three days in September 2025 and had a very pleasant visit.

I spent four nights here with my family for Umrah in December 2025, and the stay was very good. I’d rate the room 9/10, service and hospitality 9/10, and shuttle 8/10. I’d booked a 3 bed room with a baby cot through Agoda, but the cot wasn’t available when we arrived. They gave us a 4 bed room and an extra metric at no additional cost. Mr Nader at reception was friendly and deserves thanks for sorting that out, and Mr Liton also deserves appreciation for the room svc. The shuttle ran regularly to and from Haram, though it drops you at Ghaza station, a fair walk inside Haram. The timing and convenience still matter. Location gets 5/10 because it’s quite far from Haram, although the dedicated shuttle helps. There are plenty of cheap restaurants nearby and a coffee shop beside the hotel. There’s no kitchen, food service, or microwave, so you have to buy food outside. Overall, 9/10.

This is an economical place in Makkah for Umrah visitors or a business or social stay, with a sophisticated environment. In normal rush hour, it’s a five-minute drive from Makkah gate. I booked through Airbnb, but you can contact reception about more economical room rates.
