My stay couldn’t go ahead because of a technical problem with the online booking system. Still, Ms. Noura, the Reception Manager, was professional, supportive, and focused on finding a solution. She took extra steps to guide and assist me, showing real care even though the issue was outside the hotel’s control. That kind of service reflects well on the management and the team’s focus on customers. Based on this experience, I’m confident in their professionalism and have no hesitation giving five stars.

The staff at Lafitte are always polite, professional, and quick to handle requests. It’s where I choose to stay in Khobar because, for me, it stands above the other nearby hotels. Every visit feels comfortable and pampering, and I find it the most beautiful and clean hotel around.

We were near the malls, and the area was quite pleasant. Our two-bedroom apartment had a small sitting space and a small, well-equipped kitchen, but only one bathroom. The shower door leaked and left the bathroom floor wet. The reception staff were very friendly and sorted out our problem. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Maha at reception was amazing and went out of her way to make sure guests were comfortable. The other staff were friendly too, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Basement parking was a little tight because of the pillars, but that’s a minor issue next to the hospitality and service. I’d definitely recommend Lafait.
