The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. When we spoke up, the staff were polite and accommodating, which I appreciated. Still, the meal was a letdown for a 5-star hotel. My colleague and I had dinner at the VOCO Hotel restaurant last night. The live pasta station was the main disappointment: we ordered a few kinds, but most were bland and poorly seasoned. My colleague had eaten there before and said the pasta used to be much better. We asked for a fresh serving, but that wasn't an improvement. Desserts were underwhelming too. We sampled almost all of them, and only the Lotus and Red Velvet ones tasted good. The others lacked flavor and quality. I hope management looks at consistency at the pasta station and the dessert selection so future guests have a better meal.

I loved how welcoming and attentive everyone was from the moment I arrived at VOCO Alkhobar Hotel. My room was spacious, nicely decorated, spotless, and had beautiful city views. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center. The whole stay was outstanding, and I'd highly recommend it for a luxurious, comfortable, memorable visit. Can't wait to return!

I've been staying at voco for eight months, and it's been comfortable the whole time. The food has been a highlight, with Chef Ahsam serving a delicious variety of dishes. Service has been consistently excellent across the front office, concierge, room service, and dining. Mohammed at the front office deserves a special mention for being so welcoming and friendly, especially when he helped me after I arrived before my scheduled time. Room requests and problems were handled right away, and that made me feel valued. I've had an amazing long stay and would highly recommend voco to anyone looking for comfort and quality in Al Khobar.

A cozy place to stay, and the food is nice. Thanks to fresenius medical care for the iftar invitation. Mr. Hisham deserves a special mention for his hospitality.

I've had pasta at plenty of Al-Khobar restaurants, but this was my first time tasting it and feeling transported to Italy. It was delicious, and Chef Abdo is a genius.
