It’s a clean hotel, though room service only offers Arabic breakfast. The expat staff are very helpful. A few things could be improved: receptionists should be able to speak English, there should be more car parking space, and the breakfast menu could have more variety.
I stayed for a few months during work assignments in 2014-2015. The staff were helpful, and the hotel is close to the corniche and all the necessary amenities within walking distance.
I stayed for three months during the pandemic when it was at its peak. The service was good, though the breakfast menu was limited. The Indian supervisor from kerala was good, and the Egyptian manager was good too. The new manager isn’t so friendly with foreigners.
The room size was good, and the helpful staff and facilities like a microwave and toaster made me like the place a lot. It’s very near alkhobar cornich, and the English breakfast was excellent. The price is very suitable for the value. Highly recommended.
The rooms are spacious, and the staff are welcoming. I enjoyed staying at this nice, well-organised place.
