Al Rayah Hotel

Everything is close by, and parking is available and feels safe. Prices are very competitive, service is sophisticated, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We were treated kindly, and the hotel provides excellent service. I swear to God, I’ll visit again. May God grant you success. ❤️👍👍

Asalamalaykom, mam/sir. I wanted to ask if my girlfriend and I can celebrate my birthday at your hotel in Jizan, along with her friend and my friend. Would there be any problem with that? We’re both Fillipino's. I’m just checking whether we’re allowed to stay at the hotel. Thank you for your answer, mam/sir.

The rooms are nice, and it’s a cheap hotel with a pool and gym. The only issue is the location, the stores are very far away.

I’ve been staying here since 04 July and am still here, now for almost 14+ days. The room and basic facilities are good, but the service has been shockingly poor and unprofessional. Housekeeping ignores the “Clean Room” sign and won’t clean unless I keep calling. Some days I waited more than 2.5 hours after several follow-ups. Water, laundry bags, and cleaning only came after repeated daily requests, so I felt I had to beg for basic necessities. They provide only two 330ml water bottles per day, and charge for extras. Water is served at breakfast, but at lunch and dinner we have to ask, and then get only one bottle. Juices are often put in plastic cups unless I ask for a glass, which is disappointing for a hotel of this level. Many menu items, especially fresh juices, were “not available” for several days until I complained repeatedly. The laundry was delayed and once they returned someone else’s undergarments. Housekeeping staff were rude when I asked to keep the previous day’s water bottles. I told the manager, Mr. Faizan, but he did nothing. The room key card had to be renewed every day, and when I asked why, Mr. Faizan (Manager) gave a vague answer and walked away rudely in the middle of our conversation. Staff in general, especially the manager (Mr. Faizan), seem untrained and careless, and show no respect for guests. This is the worst hotel service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. I strongly don’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic hospitality.
