The pools were heated just right, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna along with the other facilities. Muhammad Majid, the swimming attendant and lifeguard, was professional and friendly. Our family came from the UAE and had a wonderful stay from arrival onward. Everything was spotless, and there were plenty of amenities. The preparation and attention to comfort really showed. We loved our time here and plan to come back again and again. Keep up the great work, truly a five-star hotel!

I spent 3 months here and it felt like paradise. The gym was sublime, and there was a spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a good breakfast. The place was clean and the service outstanding. Special thanks to Fadi, walid, and Ali at the réception. They made it feel like home.

Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff were polite and friendly. Great service throughout. Thanks so much, I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Al khobar.

The breakfast buffet has both classic and local choices, and Alamine stands out for his warm smile, discretion, and dedication. His care reflects well on his profession. I stay at Normas regularly for work and highly recommend it in Al Khobar. It faces the sea in a quiet area south of the Corniche, and the rooms meet international standards. Cleanliness and customer service are especially strong.

Alamin at the Mezzanine reception was so kind and accommodating. He was really friendly, and my kids liked him a lot. We had a very good experience.
