There were no parking problems, and the car park and every floor are monitored by cameras. The place felt peaceful and very clean, with security and staff available around the clock. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and cooperative. I’d highly recommend it for families. If you’d like it to sound

The small amount of food we did get tasted good, but that was the only bright spot. We chose this place for Iftar by mistake, and what we paid wasn’t worth it. People served earlier got kebabs, meat, rice, and other items, but there were no refills. When we asked the staff, nobody responded, and we were treated as though the food was charity. We left hungry. A waste of a place, and I wouldn’t recommend its Iftar buffet to anyone.

The sea view was beautiful, and the location felt peaceful. I had a lovely time and would visit again. The breakfast was good overall, though the choices could be better.

The restaurant was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. I had a really good experience. Thanks to Mr Mohamed Fadl, the GM 😊. I recommend this hotel.

I had a confirmed two-day package for 280 SAR, but the hotel cancelled my booking and now wants 550 SAR for a single day. That’s unbelievable and completely unacceptable. They say the price was wrong because of a website error, but that isn’t my fault. They also claim they called me and got no answer. I’m using the same number and never received a call. They cancelled the reservation themselves, then asked me to cancel it, which I can’t do after they’ve already cancelled it without justification. This feels unfair, misleading, and unprofessional, and it damages the platform’s credibility. I’m asking for urgent action and a proper resolution.
