My daughter loved the swimming pool, and we’ll definitely come back with more friends and recommend the hotel to others. The big room smelled good, and the bathroom was very clean with all the toiletries. Mohammad at the front desk/reception took good care of us, and everyone acted quickly. The bell boys even brought extra clean towels. What a great experience!

The room prices were reasonable, and we’re looking forward to booking again. We really enjoyed the service and the premises. Mr. Mohammad at reception was patient, communicated well, and the staff were very accommodating.

The place is nice and affordable, and the staff are great. But there were no utensils in the room, and getting a request handled could take a lot of calls. They were very slow to respond.

There was construction beside the building, so it got very noisy. In the apartment, I also couldn't find anywhere to hang my clothes, with no hangers at all. I had to leave them on the bed or put them in the wardrobe. I came from Qatar, where I was used to apartments having a washing machine as standard, so that was a different story here. It's a decent place for a few days or up to a month, but for a longer stay the kitchen would need to be better equipped.

Mr. Ali at reception was exceptionally friendly, and the location made it easy to get around, with everything within about 5 km. Tamaya Hotel Khabar is a good budget option in the heart of town. The lobby is fine, though the coffee shop could use improvement and more space. I had a good stay.
