Revan Palace

The breakfast menu needs more choices, that was the only real drawback for me. The suite was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and it was well maintained.

Breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the stay. I checked in late at night for one day on 20 May 2023, staying in a 2BHK apartment. The kitchenette and toiletries were all good, and the rooms were neat and clean. The building is a bit old, though it’s kept up well.

The staff were the highlight, really friendly and helpful. The room was huge, more like a hotel apartment, though there was a strange smell that wasn’t disturbing. It also felt very cold compared with the weather outside, and I’m not sure why. The food was average. The hotel was acceptable, but for the price it could be better.

I stayed here for LEAP 2023, and the location worked well for us. It seemed perfect, about 20 mins from Riyadh Front Expo centre, and helped us avoid much of the traffic people staying downtown ran into. The rooms were big, and breakfast was generous and varied, though some choices felt a little random. Service was friendly. We had some crossed wires about paying the invoice, so I’d suggest paying by cash or card on arrival. I’d recommend the hotel.
