The TV remote in my room didn’t work, and there weren’t enough sockets. The internet is advertised as free, but staff can connect while guests seem to be blocked automatically. When I asked the front desk why, they behaved badly and told me I was only there to sleep, not use the internet. I hope the owner fixes these problems and takes action.

A little pricey, but I think it’s worth the cost.

There’s no bedroom socket, and the internet doesn’t work in the bedroom. In the living room it’s so weak I can’t watch videos and sometimes can’t even send a message. The Egyptian receptionist was rude and shouldn’t be working with the public.

I haven’t stayed here myself, but I’ve visited a couple of times because my friend stays here whenever she’s in Riyadh. She calls it “my dingy apartment,” and I can see why. I really hate the lighting.

It’s fairly clean, but the place is in a sorry state and needs serious maintenance. It also feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. They didn’t provide any towels.
