The location is a bit uphill, so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people or wheelchair users. There are only 4 elevators, maybe 5 people fit in each, serving more than 1800 guests during hajj. I waited at least 30 minutes for one. Room cleaning only happens if you ask, and there’s no restaurant in the hotel or decent buffet setup. The rooms aren’t spacious either.

The beds weren’t sturdy, and there wasn’t even drinking water in the room, or soap and shampoo. The staff were terrible and didn’t answer my messages or calls. Service was awful, and the management was rude. Don’t spend your money expecting a good stay at this terrible hotel.

It’s a 1 km walk to makkah haram. There’s no wifi in the rooms. Wifi is only available in the lounge, and it’s very slow during the daytime.

A pretty good lodge, clean and neat, with car parking and food courts nearby. The haram is about 1km away on foot.

The location is really good, but the room service isn’t. During hajj periods I had to wait a long time for the elevators, every time.
