My seven-day stay was really enjoyable, and the hotel is very close to Haram. The rooms were clean, staff polite, and room service quick. From check-in right through to checkout, everything was great. The golf carts were readily available, and Yazan was especially good. We'd call and he'd be there within seconds. The other drivers were sometimes late, but Yazan was always on time to pick us up. May Allah bless him with more.

This was my third stay, and it was pleasant again. The staff were professional and helpful, the price was reasonable, and my room was clean and comfortable. It's close to Masjid Al Haram, though the hotel sits uphill. Frequent shuttle carts make getting there easy, and the drivers are excellent. Yazin was especially kind and supportive.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with polite staff who gave good service. The internet was fast and reliable. But breakfast cost 40 SAR per person for basic food with few options, and it didn't taste great. There's no safe or iron in the room. The hotel sits on a hill, and there are few shuttle cars, often none available, so walking up the steep slope can be tiring. The shuttles don't go all the way to Haram either. They stop near Makarem Hotel in Ajyad, leaving a walk in both directions. Our quadruple room had just one glass and two small water bottles. We had to keep calling to ask for more, and they didn't have spare glasses. The location listed on Booking.com was wrong, and the phone numbers there didn't work. The phone numbers on Google Maps had the same problem, although its map location was correct.

The restaurant host, Mazen, was especially welcoming and hospitable. The hotel has a restaurant and café, with good options for breakfast and other meals, which was convenient in such a busy area. Laundry and ironing are available, and a 24-hour golf cart, or buggy, helps guests travel between the hotel and the nearby Haram area. I was impressed with the location in Makkah's Ajyad district, with good access to Masjid al-Haram and the central area. The building looked neat and modern, check-in went smoothly, and the lobby felt welcoming, with warm greetings from the staff. My room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with modern décor, good lighting, fast Wi-Fi, a good TV, and a comfortable bed. It felt spacious for a central urban hotel, and had a fresh feel. It was a relaxing place to return to after a busy day.

There's a café by reception and plenty of sofas. The rooms have a kettle and mini fridge, so I could have tea quietly and enjoy meals in the room. They were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space even in the four-bed rooms. The shower is a bit small but does the job. I haven't had any security concerns. There isn't a washing machine as far as I can tell, but the laundry service works fine. The staff are considerate and adapt to your needs. The hotel is close to most places, and offers shuttles, which you'll probably use because it's up a hill. The scenery around it isn't good, so we acted like the windows didn't exist. That could change in a few years, since lots of new buildings seem to be going up. I could've used more wall hangers for outdoor clothes. Food got better each day, with things we thought were missing showing up on the next day's menu. I also heard that if you use a different plug type, you can ask reception for the right adaptor.
