The rooms are so cramped there's not even space to pray, and the corridors smell because the dustbins are kept by the lifts. Still, it's within walking distance of Haram. The management is very cooperative, and there's a small kitchen area with a sink for making tea and such. Since the hotel isn't on the main Hajira road, there's no outside noise.

There are only two lifts for the whole building, and they're slow and crowded, so guests end up waiting for ages. There's no bellman to help with bags, and even tissue paper is missing from the rooms. The hotel feels disorganized, dirty, and carelessly run. Management and service were among the worst I've experienced, far below any hospitality standard.

The management was very bad. A room meant for two beds had four squeezed into it, and the washrooms weren't cleaned after the new guests checked in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
