The restaurant servers were very helpful, and I found the hotel good. I do wish the room cleaner would come at least twice a week.

The hotel seems to run through agents only. My room had garbage all over the floor, the bathroom was dirty, and the corridors smelled bad. I asked reception several times for help and got no response, just a cold reply saying they'd send someone at 9 am.

The hotel was crowded, but the staff helped make our one-week stay not bad. Ms. Abrar at reception was professional, kind, and always smiling when guests arrived. Mr. Mahboob from room service was humble, friendly, and ready to help, while Mr. Abullais was energetic and did his best to accommodate guests. I also hope management makes sure the Masjid's carpet is properly cleaned, since it was dusty.
