For a short Umrah visit, this is a useful option. A room with five single beds can fit five people, which keeps the cost down. Haram is about a 15-20 minute walk, and there’s a free hotel bus every 30 minutes. There’s also a restaurant right outside.

The room is quite good for the price, and the service was good too. Thanks to Omar, Sultan and hussein. They run a shuttle bus to masjid al haram. The WiFi is the one weak point, since it can be a bit limited.

My wife and I were given a room with a foul-smelling carpet, and it made her ill. I asked to change rooms and accidentally left my expensive power bank behind. When I checked out, the front desk sent me to the manager, Omar, instead of helping directly. I’d paid for seven nights and expected better care. Omar made one phone call, then said nobody had seen the power bank. He was rude and condescending, asked why I was only asking after a day or two, and basically told me to leave. The room itself was subpar, and the hotel showed no accountability or effort to return the lost item. I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated. Avoid this place if customer service and respect matter to you.

It’s a big hotel, and the shuttle service is very good, with two drivers and 24-hour coverage, Mashallah. The area is quiet and less crowded. It’s a bit far to walk, so a shuttle or taxi is the better choice. 🙏

The rooms are really spacious, so I’d recommend this hotel for families, especially those with children. The service isn’t that good, but it’s still a very good place for families.
