The housekeeping staff were helpful, though there was only so much they could do. We had to buy our own water because even basic necessities weren’t provided. The furniture looked old and dirty, especially the chairs, and the mattresses sat on wooden bases that looked like beds. Our travel agent had described this as similar to Emaar Grand, but our stay was a big disappointment. It’s supposed to be a three-star hotel, yet the service didn’t feel like even one star.

My booking at Dhiyafath Al Raja Hotel, confirmation number 6445368521, was canceled by the hotel without a clear explanation. I hadn’t asked to cancel it, and the property gave no proper details or justification for doing so.

We were there with my family recently, and the staff were really helpful. The best part is how close it is to haram Shareef. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. Thank you.

Breakfast was available, though the choices started to feel repetitive after a couple of days. It wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is clean and well looked after, and the staff are warm and welcoming. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Holy Mosque, which made it a great place to stay while on pilgrimage in Makkah.

The room and hotel seemed nice and clean from what I saw, but outside noise comes right through the closed windows as if they were open. It’s hard to stay asleep. The Wi-Fi was really poor, and the hot water lasted only about five minutes before gradually turning cold.
