Housekeeping was nearly absent, the room was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They didn't deal with complaints properly. This was a very bad stay at Qasr Ajyad Al Sad Hotel. A warning for people traveling on Umrah or package bookings: most guests seemed to be package customers rather than direct bookings, so many may feel stuck without options. If your travel agent arranged the stay, ask them to change the hotel before you arrive. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

It's fairly close to Haram, about 700Mtr, but the rooms are very Cozy. There's no ventilation at all.

My stay at Qasr Ajyad Al Sad Hotel in Makkah was stressful, very bad, and far below what I expected. The room was dirty and unhygienic. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent, and even after I raised concerns, no proper cleaning was done. Staff were rude and disrespectful, acting arrogantly and showing little interest in solving problems. For a hotel in a holy city like Makkah, that felt unacceptable. The property failed to provide even basic cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service, so I strongly advise travelers to avoid it.

The room had cockroaches. When I asked for a towel, I was told it would take four days to get one. Worst hotel, go elsewhere.
