I came with my husband, two elderly people, and our children aged 2 and 5. At first, the visa approval took a while and it was hard to contact the hotel, but alhamdulillah it all worked out. I had low expectations after reading the bad reviews, yet my stay was the opposite: comfortable, close to the mosque, with daily room cleaning and very friendly staff, especially with my child. The reception smelled nice, and there was a comfortable prayer space in the middle of the lobby where we could follow the Masjidil Haram congregation. There's a place to dry clothes in the bathroom, and you can borrow an iron. For a 3-star hotel, I'd recommend it. alhamdulillah, I'm grateful we stayed here. I hope the hotel keeps improving its quality and looking after the workers.

The walk to haram is about 10 minutes, and the service is good, but that doesn't make up for how dirty the place is. The bathrooms smell like a sewer, and the rooms aren't clean. Please hear me out and spare yourself and your family this stay. I wish I could give it -5 stars. Please do some renovations.

The location is the only thing I'd give extra stars for, even though everything else was bad. The rooms stink of sewers, and the beds are neither good nor clean. There were flies and mold too. I'm unhappy with my stay, especially after seeing comments that praised the place. Don't be fooled.

The rooms are good, and the hotel is close to haram, under 10 minutes for young people and 15 minutes with children. Mr.Majid is a humble, helpful supervisor with a good nature.
