The location and service were excellent, and the place was very nice and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. When the boiler stopped working, they replaced it within an hour. I was very pleased with the visit and will come again, of course. Thank you so much, guys.

The hotel is close to Masjid Al Haram, and its amazing decor and services are worth millions. You’d love staying here during your visit.

I stayed in room 826 for 15 days, and there was no water for 12 of them, so I had to use the bathroom in the next room. There was no cleaning. The place was very dirty and noisy, and it’s a 35 minute walk to the Haram.

Not great, and it’s a long way from Haram Shareef.
