The rooms were dirty, and the staff handled guests without tact or professionalism. I wouldn't recommend Saif Plus 2 Hotel at all, especially in the coming days when cleanliness and comfort matter, since neither was there during my stay. Locals told me it used to be better but had gone downhill, and they stopped using it a long time ago. I later stayed at another hotel nearby that was much better. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this place.

Our booking had been cancelled, so when we arrived around midnight we had nowhere to stay. They did find us a room at another hotel, then offered us a room here the next day. The AC was so loud we couldn't sleep until 2 AM, and the replacement room had the same problem. The bathroom was horrible and the overall quality was extremely poor.

The help to get to the hotel was good. Reception was very nice, though they didn't understand English 😀

I liked the rooms, but there was no room service. The floor was dirty, the bed had stains, and the bathroom was greasy. There wasn't water in the room, so we had to go downstairs to get more. Hopefully it's better next time.

Everything was fine, and the service was very good. Inshallah, I'll try to come again.
