Luluat Al Badaie Hotel

My trip was impossible because flights were suspended and the UAE airspace was closed. That was completely outside my control. If flights had been running normally, I would have come as planned. I asked the hotel to waive the cancellation fee and give me a booking voucher so I could move my stay to a later date. I explained the circumstances, but they refused. I know policies matter, but I expected some flexibility and understanding in an exceptional situation caused by travel restrictions, not personal choice. The way they handled it showed very little consideration or customer service. I'm extremely disappointed.

The cleanliness and staff were good, and the hotel is very close to Haram, around a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are very compact, though, and the bathroom is tiny. It could be difficult for older people or anyone bulky to use. I visited during Ramadan, and the price seemed a little high.

The only downside over our five nights at Luluat Al Badaie Hotel was getting just one key card for the room. Otherwise, it was a great stay and excellent value. The place was clean, the service and location were 10/10, and the golf buggies up and down the hill were a big help. Mazan and Zakaria were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Shihaar took my laundry and had it cleaned the same day, for a quite reasonable price. Also, a quick shout out to mazeeh and shihaar. The hotel's cab driver was really helpful and always available to drop us at the Haram and pick us up, which came in handy when we were running late.
