The rooms were filthy, crammed with extra beds, and in terrible shape. There were bugs, bedbugs, and cockroaches, and I got very sick during my stay. My skin was badly bitten by bedbugs or something else, I don't know what. Cleanliness was a serious problem throughout the room. The staff were no help. They treated me like I was stupid and lied about everything. Please don't stay here if you want your Umrah experience to go well. I sincerely ask people to avoid it. The Saudi government should ban this hotel, because it deserves that.

The distance is hard to manage, but the hotel service is excellent.

The lifts are usually busy, so expect to wait a long time. The hotel is also very far from Harram, almost 1500 m, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. My room and washroom weren't clean, service was very poor, and no hotel assistant was available. I wouldn't recommend it for families, it felt like a bachelor hotel. Honestly, don't waste your money here.

The service was very poor, especially at reception. The Bangali guys there were really rude and showed no respect to guests. I can't recommend this place.

My experience was horrible. The location is far from Masjidul Haram, so I wouldn't recommend it for Hajj pilgrims. Room service was awful, and even after I told them several times, the WC still wasn't clean.
