Everything worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was good, and I didn’t have any trouble with long waits for the elevator. My room was spacious, modern, and clean, and I was happy with the housekeeping, reception, and location. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back when I return to Makkah. Highly recommended!

I’ve visited twice, and both stays were good. During peak times, room cleaning got a little less attention, but that was okay. The hotel is good value for money, and it’s only 1.9 km from MASJID AL HARAM.

The hotel isn’t right in front of Haram, but it’s very close. They provide a shuttle and golf cars to help guests get around. The hotel was neat and clean, especially our rooms, 318 and 319. There was an Indian supervisor whose name I can’t remember. Whenever I needed something, he was happy to help. Such a lovely guy, and the best supervisor I’ve ever had an experience with. Inshallah, we’ll be back soon.

The rooms and washrooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I did have some trouble communicating with reception. Laundry is free, with four washing machines on the 7th or 8th floor, and plenty of ropes on the roof for drying clothes. People in the area charge 15 rial to wash clothes, not 4.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and everyone on staff was helpful. Supervisor Rayees was especially attentive. He brought us whatever we needed and was professional and very helpful. Lovely hotel. We’ll be back inshaAllah.
