Room 804 was small, which I didn’t mind, but I’d booked a twin and the receptionist put me in a large queen bed instead. The main problem came while I was asleep: guests were shouting and talking right outside their rooms, making an unbearable noise. I can’t entirely blame them, since there were no signs asking people to respect others who were sleeping. The cleaning staff were often looking at their phones while on duty. The stay was fine otherwise, but expect possible noise while you’re trying to sleep. Also, please fix the bidet water leak.

We were comfortable here, and it was easy to go out and shop around the hotel, even late. Nabawi Mosque is just 200 meters away on foot. They also serve buffet meals with Indonesian dishes, all tasty. The yellow fish curry was the best. Thanks, Chef, for taking such good care of us. Best hotel near Nabawi Mosque!

During my Umrah trip I had a pleasant stay at Mirage Al Salam. It was a short walk to Masjid An Nabawi, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind. Alhamdulillah.

If being close by is all you care about and you’re willing to pay more, this place fits. But after being out for a few hours, you won’t get much rest here. The helpers and rooms are old, the bathrooms are really bad, and there are only two plugs in a four-bed room. The food is another story, and the prices don’t reflect what you get. I’d say the hotel should cost half as much.

The washroom had an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable even for a few minutes. Basic washroom items were missing, and the dental kit I requested never arrived, even though someone acknowledged the request. There was no daily cleaning, and I didn’t see any housekeeping staff during my stay. I appreciate the effort from the hotel staff, but fixing these issues would make the guest experience much better.
