After a 17-hour flight, I went there with my Agoda confirmation, but they said another hotel was using their address and pictures and that it wasn’t the place I’d booked with. There were too many managers to speak to. I’d booked online and received confirmation, just as I had for my hotel in Makkah. This felt like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend booking with them online or trusting it.

Asalamualakum. Agoda.com confirmed my reservation for 09 July 2025 - 12 July 2025. My booking number is 1908378461. I need confirmation from the hotel to apply for a visa, and I’d like to check on my reservation.

The outside looks nice, but inside it feels very old. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the US two-pin sockets kept cutting in and out, so I could barely charge my phone. Reception never picked up when we called for more water, and one of the guys tried to rip us off over the laundry. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

There was no drinking water in the room, so bring your own or buy it from the little shop in the lobby. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, there was no cleanliness, and room service was only available from 9am to 10.30pm. Even then, they barely answered the phone. The buffet wasn't good either. We got fed eggplant and the same custard pudding every day. Dinner was meant to run from 7pm to 10pm, but it started around 9, and they turned off the lights at 10.15pm. Unprofessional, unruly staff. One word for the experience: “HORRIBLE.” Please avoid it, or book at your own risk. There are other hotels nearby.

The room and bathroom both felt dirty, and the bed seemed dirty too. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bidet starts with a jet before losing pressure, so be careful not to hurt yourself using it. The fridge is loud and doesn't cool enough. No tea, sugar, or similar amenities. This is just my initial overview, and I’ll update if needed. I don't recommend staying here. It’s more like a 1-star hotel than a 3-star one.
