Jamjoom Hotel

I stayed more than three nights without any problems. The hotel staff were very cooperative, especially Tariq Habis. The rental is clearly justified by the services.

I never got the chance to stay at this hotel, but the receptionists deserve five stars. They helped me when they didn’t have to, and were professional, decent, and respectful people. Management should know and give them all a raise! Big thanks to Waleed and the gentleman with a beard and glasses, sorry I didn’t catch his name. Thank you!

I arrived in Jeddah around 10pm, tired and with all my bags, after coming down from taif. I had booked a room through booking.com and had been assured I’d have a place to stay, but I never received a call or message confirming my arrival or telling me about any cancellation. The receptionist showed no sympathy and said the hotel was full. When I asked how that could be with my reservation, he simply said it was full and booking.com’s problem. They offered nothing to help me find another hotel, and the receptionist went back to eating, then switched off the lights when he was done. I had to go out on the street and find somewhere else. I was so disappointed. The lobby itself looked old and bad, so I can only imagine the rooms. Worst hotel ever. Don’t book here.

After a long trip from Alula to Jeddah, we arrived early in the morning to ask if there was a room available. The person on the 7am shift today gave us a nice, warm welcome 🙏 Management should think about who they keep at reception, because with people like that, no one will even come to see what they offer. If you want the rest of your day to be good, meet someone like this.
