Manazel Qebaa

I enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and I liked it, especially for a budget friendly hotel. The guy at the front desk was cool too.

I can't think of anything good about this place. It's a dirty, terrible hotel, nowhere near a four star standard. It felt like somewhere to leave your luggage before heading to haram. Customer service was nonexistent, and the desk would ignore you unless you spoke Arabic. Don't book this garbage motel.

The location is a long way from Masjid, and road works meant there was no direct vehicle access. You need to speak Arabic. At the service desk, an absolutely rude 4ft Egyptian tried to charge 750 SAR for one night.

The apartment was spacious, which was the one good thing. I booked it for 3 adults, but the extra mattress they gave us was worn out, and the blanket looked as if it had never been washed. We couldn't get the three towels we requested either. A staff member said they only provide 2, even after I explained our booking was for 3. The service team acted as though doing anything for us was a favour. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
