The rooms are very big, and the service at Radisson blu is very good. The reception is nice, especially arif balman, who is very friendly.

The location is fantastic, close to the city's main attractions, and the rooms are acceptable. The bathroom is poor, with stains around the washer, a tendency to flood, and a weak heating system. Cleaning is below average and seems to take a personal request at the desk, even though rooms are supposed to be cleaned daily. They put in the bare minimum and don't leave enough towels. The reception is also very unprofessional.

The location is good, but the facility services fall far below standard. I could hear neighbors in the rooms, so there was no privacy. The bathrooms smelled awful and were poorly maintained, even after I tried several rooms. Receptionists were impolite and unprofessional, and I felt they treated non-Saudis in a racist way. They were unfair and kept me from getting my belongings from my room for hours.

Buraydah was much more built up and prettier than I expected. We stopped here for a night while driving back to Qatar from Madinah, and I was sorry we weren't staying longer. But the room we got really came down to luck, which isn't acceptable at this price. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I told the receptionist it was disgusting and asked to see another. Before showing me any rooms, I heard him tell the man "wahid," meaning one, then he took me to the second floor as if I didn't understand Arabic. After I complained, they showed us a lovely nonsmoking room. They should let guests choose smoking or nonsmoking when booking. The smoking room smelled awful, and it had a battered shower with a door rather than a bath. I would have been angry to pay £120 for a night in a room that felt like an ashtray. The nonsmoking room had tasteful upholstery, quality furniture, and carpet. Its baths were huge and gorgeous, and the bed sheets were the softest I've ever slept in, like being wrapped in cool, soft clouds. There was a fridge and microwave in the kitchen. I really enjoyed the stay, but every room should meet the same high standard for the price at Al Aryam Aparthotels.
