The hotel is close to Haram, but cleanliness was very poor. The restaurant was untidy, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we asked the workers about it, they responded weakly. We also found small bugs in the room. I humbly ask management to treat the guests well and maintain proper cleanliness standards, especially in the restaurant, since the guests are all pilgrims. Please also communicate those standards to the guests. Thank you.

The food was good, but the hotel wasn't clean. Housekeeping was really bad, and there wasn't enough room in the restaurant. The lifts also don't have enough capacity.

A lot of Hajj pilgrims with Al Reefah tours stay here. The main advantage is how close the hotel is to Masjid al Haram.

There was barely room to pray once our luggage was in the room. We stayed for 10 days through our travel agent, and the room was extremely cramped. The sheets and pillows were dirty, and the floors smelled awful. Even after asking repeatedly, they only cleaned the floors after two or three days of constant requests, and the toilet and room weren't cleaned until we'd been there four days. The staff at reception, who were from Bangladesh, behaved rudely. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
