Sea Club Resort

I paid for access to a heated pool, but it didn’t work for two days. They tried maintenance, but it stayed unusable, and they refused my refund request. The reception staff were aggressive and impolite, with no respect for visitors. The old furniture and beds were also unclean, and service was poor, with staff unwilling to cooperate. It was a bad experience in every sense, and I won’t be coming back.

The location is great, and the rooms and W/C are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is free and delivered to the rooms. A stay also includes two free tickets for water park access.

We had a lot of fun over the weekend. The chalet was comfortable, and each one has its own large swimming pool, so we had privacy. They also provide one or two water park tickets with a stay. There’s no internet or room service, though.

We had a great time on all the water slides, and the lively atmosphere made this a fun venue for our gathering of nearly 95 people. The wave pool wasn’t running, which was a shame, since we would have enjoyed that too. We still had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it for a fun day.
