Fiori Hotel Suites

It was a very old, very bad hotel. I couldn’t go back, it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The rooms are comfortable and rather luxurious, which earns three stars from me. The main difficulty for international guests is communication, since the staff can hardly speak English and it’s tough to get things across unless you know Arabic. King Faisal University had arranged and was paying for my stay, but at checkout the receptionist insisted I had to pay. I couldn’t get him to understand, and thankfully an Indian man who spoke both English and Arabic came to the hotel and explained it to them. He saved me from an embarrassing situation.

The modern architecture and new furniture make this a well-maintained, newer hotel, and the staff are good. It’s in a good location, close to three supermarkets, #panda, #Tamimimarket, and #Farm store, as well as #Extra electronic store and #McD.

The hotel is fairly new and in a very convenient location, but my room wasn’t a good experience this time. There are some things that need improvement.
