The service was poor, the staff weren’t friendly, and there was no English, even though the hotel is next to an airport where many foreigners may stay. Think about this honest review before coming, and consider going elsewhere. I handed over my booking confirmation at reception and waited about 20 minutes just to check in. They tried to charge me again despite having my booking number. When I said I’d already paid, they apologized and said it was a mistake. It felt like they were testing whether they could get extra cash. The attitude was money first, with no warm welcome. Right after that, the hotel labourer asked me to let him know if I needed a taxi, though I prefer using Uber and staying in control. The next night I asked for the shuttle service, but for some reason they arranged a private driver. Without my permission, he drove me around the city instead of taking me to just one location and kept making the trip longer. I tried to tell him, but he wouldn’t listen. It was complete rubbish. If you do stay here, don’t use their private drivers. That seems to be where they try to make more money from you. I checked for myself, and an Uber costs less than half their fare. They were also wrong to take me around the whole city instead of stopping where I wanted.

The reception staff are unfriendly, the parking spaces are always occupied, and the WiFi barely works. It disconnects every two minutes and is incredibly slow. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the sink is broken, and towels aren’t provided at check-in, so you have to ask reception. When you get them, they’re dirty too, with women’s hair all over them. Breakfast doesn’t cater to foreigners: there isn’t even an omelet or boiled eggs, or drinking water. This is the worst hotel, and it doesn’t deserve three stars.

This is a good hotel and I recommend it. The people were very nice, especially the lady at reception. I slept past 3:00 pm, and they didn’t even wake me up. Thank you, guys.

The smoking room I was given without being asked left me coughing all night, even though I don’t smoke. I was also charged three times the usual price for tea, despite there already being tea and a kettle in the room. They could have mentioned the charge first. The trouble started at check-in. I’d booked through Booking.com and clearly noted that I’d arrive at 6 AM and leave at 6 AM the next day. The manager said check-in was only at 2 PM. When I asked to cancel, he offered an early check-in for extra money and negotiated poorly. I had no choice but to accept. Staff were rude, communication was bad, and they seemed focused on money. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects respectful service.

The receptionists were kind and responsive, but the rooms and toilets were dirty. The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
