On 2025.2 .20, I was staying at the hotel and expected to check out at 3pm. A staff member, Saudi Hamed, told me around 8 clock that I had to leave. I said I wanted to have breakfast first, then eat and go, but he wouldn't listen and kept telling me to leave right away. His actions felt like he was treating us as if we hadn't paid. Please take action. Behavior like this can damage the hotel's image.
I've been staying here on business trips for 7 years. The rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is free and tasty, and the staff are friendly. Mr. Noor and Mr. Bader always give a warm welcome, many thanks to them. You can find plenty of places to eat nearby, parking is easy and free, and the room prices are better than at other hotels. The place is clean, the service is good, and it's near town. I'd recommend it for families or anyone traveling alone.
I've been staying at Al Farhan Hotel for work visits for over two years. The staff remember their guests and are very polite. They greet you with Arabic coffee and dates at the entrance, and may also offer a complimentary fruit basket. It's reasonably priced and includes breakfast. The rooms are clean, and the renovated rooms are on the lower floors, so try for the 1st or 2nd floor.
Good location, but the room was very basic. There wasn't a tea or coffee maker, or a spare 3 pin socket, so I had to unplug the TV cable from the extension lead.
